Enjoy the flavor of Palmer Angus beef with a Denver steak. A tender cut with high marbling from the shoulder of the cow. These are packaged with two steaks in each vacuum sealed pack and come in around ~24oz. Palmer Angus cattle are grass fed all of their lives, and finished on grain for that steakhouse flavor and marbling.
