Primal Beef Blend

Enjoy the Palmer Angus ground beef flavor with the extra nutrition of beef heart, liver and kidneys (15% of the blend). This is an 80/20 lean to fat blend. Use this in place of ground beef to add more nutrients to your diet. These are packaged in a 1lb vacuum sealed pack. Palmer Angus cattle are grass fed most of their lives, and finished on grain for that steakhouse flavor and marbling.
