Picanha

The Picanha is a prized cut in Brazilian barbecue, often called Coulette.  It's a tender, flavorful top sirloin cap with a buttery flavor fat cap that melts into the meat as it cooks. Slow-roasted the whole cut or slice into smaller steaks for a great steak experience. Typical weight 2-2.5 pounds.
