A variation of our popular Palmer Angus Ground Beef, this course grind is great for chili! This is an 80/20 lean to fat blend. Available in 1 or 2 lb packs. Palmer Angus cattle are grass fed all of their lives and finished with a small amount of grain for that steakhouse flavor and marbling.
